-No players drafted in the MLB draft are eligible to be added to SBFL rosters until the following SBFL Draft.
-International free agents who sign during the season are also ineligible, and are to be placed into the following year's SBFL draft

I’m super confused about earned runs charged to Cobb last night.
1st and 2nd. Runners steal, there’s a fielding error at 3rd which allows the first run to score and then a throwing error allowing the second run to score. Two errors charged on the play that resulted in two runs…yet Cobb is charged with both earned runs? Anybody ever see that before?

I could be wrong, but it could be the fact the runners reaching in the first place were on Cobb (i.e. walk or hit, no error committed). All future runners to go aboard via that error will all be unearned runs (and not just from that initial error, but even legit hits/walks as "he could have been out of the inning"), but I think the initial two runners count towards Cobb because "he" put them on.
