My opinion is 1 team getting 6 really good mlb players for 1 star 2 kids who can't stay on their rosters plus 1 prospect. Even with picks seems off. Still seems lopsided for expos to give up but thats my option.

I don’t like the trade I feel like he’s still not getting the quality back. You have a few good young SP A Kirby or Gilbert would make the trade better to a rebuilder.

That looks ok to me. It’s still a little one sided but not every deal is going to be perfectly even. Especially when a team is rebuilding.
This is how I’m seeing it broken down
Riley/Lawler for Jung/Peña
Casas/Soler for Stanton
Grissom/2nd/6th for Nimmo/Ward/Jansen
