It was brought to our attention that some teams have players listed as "DTD" that are on the IL and are still able to make moves. Here is ESPN's policy:

"If you have a player that have recently be upgraded from "O" or "IL" to "DTD", your claims will go through as normal. 

Those player(s) can remain in that IL slot and the user can make claims/add players, adjust their lineups as they wish."

This seems to be players that were considered "O" during spring training, were moved to an IL spot. Then optioned and put on the minor league IL. Since they're not on the major league IL, they're considered "DTD." We're going to follow ESPN's settings on this.
