When your time comes up, you can make your pick regardless if the team ahead of you hasn’t.

yeah, the twins manager can just make their pick when they make it back on and the teams who are slotted to make their picks can if their slot comes up

Ok guys, I know I'm up and I know I stated the draft would pick back up at 9 eastern, but I'm waiting to pick, and giving twins an extra hour to step in and make his pick. I left my pick with Scott (Braves). He is assisting me throughout the day with the draft, if you cant make a pick, PM him with your team name in title. If anyone is willing to move back from their 3rd round pick, I am willing to offer pick 3.18 and pick 4.1 in exchange for jumping up and your later 4th round pick. So basically, a guarantee of two of the next top-15 on your list as opposed to two of your top-24 or 26 or whatever.
