I think this can answer all three... I will say by standings, so that means me and the co-commish's will have to keep a close eye on possible tanking. 

Im not sure tanking has been acknowledged in the by laws, but im gonna say in this unique situation, owner will be given one warning, second warning they are moved to bottom of first round in the draft, third warning, they lose the pick. 

I think we can still pull this off playing for free, I just do not like the idea of playing for any money and it being not even a half season. Plus the chance some players may be removed for positive tests. 

So it appears we are moving towards playing for half the money this year. Thats the current majority vote. I have no idea what to do about scoring and matchups. Im just gonna let ESPN decide what happens, unless we all can come to an agreement by sometime next week on how things should be done. 

I think it stupid to play for any money this seasons going to be so screwed up!! I know that's the majority but, theres like 4-5 teams that havn't even voted! Players not even playing this season. Bunch more gonna be out for 2 weeks or so when it starts. With expanded rosters SP are pitching like 4-5 innings if that.

I guess it calls into question the intention of the people who are not voting.  I'd hate to think that there will be several un-managed teams in this mini-season.  I think you should assume that the people who are not voting are not interested in playing for money or otherwise this year.

Im about to make an unpopular decision here, but im going against the popular vote. I sent out a couple of emails about getting people to vote. We are not playing for any money this year, this has been weighing heavy on me. There is just too many questions between the scoring and even if they make it through the season.
