In all fairness guys, it was draft day.
While I sympathize with life, appointments, sickness, etc. everyone should have been prepared to check this thing more than once today. The draft day was scheduled for weeks. Wouldn't any of us felt just as bad for the rest of us if we kept everyone waiting 3 hours to make "a scheduled pick" when we could have went hours prior? I'd hope we all would have!
This is first time we have ever done this "regular draft" and not had 5 minute slots and got through 4 rounds the first night. We had like 12-14 picks done before the draft "officially" started proving that many guys were paying attention and not waiting until 10:20 PM to check for their pick.

I set my alarm over an hour ahead of time for a pick at 1030 to find out I've fallen behind. How the hell do I get skipped when I didnt even time out? Not all of work a normal schedule

You guys want to reset the draft back to Richard's pick and commence from there?
Is that the only possible solution?

How available are you guys on weekends? Would 30 min day times and 15 min night times be an issue? Just throwing it out there.
