The number one draft position will be determined by the winner of the consultation round consisting of non-playoff teams.  The top four scoring teams regardless of match-ups from round 1 will move onto round 2. Number 1 scoring team plays number 4, number 2 plays number 3.  Winners move onto the championship round where the winner will be rewarded the number one draft position.
